Sport Desk: Defending champions Walton Central Zone came back well against Prime Bank South Zone in their third match of the fifth season of Bangladesh Cricket League (BCL), the country's franchise based first class cricket tournament.
A six-wicket haul from Shuvagata Hom led Walton to bowl out South Zone for 260 in the first innings at Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah on Saturday.
Shuvagata claimed the 6 for 91 runs. Besides, Abu Haydar and Sharif Ullah took 2 wickets each for 34 and 48 respectively.
South Zone batsman Tushar Imran scored 81 while Shohag Gazi and Md. Mithun added 43 and 42 respectively.

Walton finished the day at 4 without any loss.
Earlier, in the morning, Walton won toss and chose to field first.
Walton faced a 9-wicket defeat to Islami Bank East Zone in first match and an innings and 50 runs defeat against BCB North Zone in their second match.
