Khulna beat Chittagong by 18 runs

Sports Desk: Khulna Titans beat Chittagong Vikings by 18 runs in the 11th match of BPL T20 held at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium at Mirpur on Sunday.

Amazing bowling spells by pacer Abu Jayed helped Khulna to register their second victory. He took four Vikings wickets giving only 35 runs.

Winning toss, Khulna Titans opted to bat first and scored 170 runs losing seven wickets.

In reply, Chittagong Vikings failed to reach the target. Skipper Misbah-ul-Haq's team managed to score 152 runs losing seven wickets in their stipulated 20 overs.

Vikings pacer Taskin Ahmed grabbed three wickets for 43 runs in his four overs. Besides, Sunzamul Islam bagged two wickets giving away 20 runs.
