Walton gives reception to champion girls

Sports Correspondent: The country's electronics giant Walton Group has given reception to Bangladesh U-15 Women’s Football Team.

Bangladesh emerged champion in the four-nation Jockey Club Girls International (JCGI) Youth Invitational Football Tournament beating hosts Hong Kong 6-0 in their third and final game on Sunday.

Walton Group was the proud sponsor for the Bangladesh Team in the tournament.

Walton Group gave attractive home appliances to all the team members at the conference of Bangladesh Football Federation on Thursday.

Senior Operative Director of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar, member of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF), chairman of women’s committee and FIFA elected member Miss Mahfuza Akter Kiron, general secretary Abu Nayeem Sohag, BFF member and Bangladesh Team manager in Hong Kong Amirul Islam Babu, coach Golam Rabbani Chhoton among others attended the reception programme.
