Sports Desk: Bangladesh set 135-run target for Afghanistan in the second T20I of their three-match series at neutral venue Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Dehradun, India on Tuesday.
Tigers scored 134 runs for eight wickets in 20 overs as leg spinner Rashid Khan carried his lethal in the match, bagging four wickets just for 12 runs in four overs.
For Bangladesh, Tamim Iqbal hit 43 runs off 48 balls with five fours while Mushfiqur Rahim scored 22 off 18 with a four and a six.
Abu Hider Rony and Mahmudullah bagged 21 and 14 runs respectively. Sabbir Rahman scored 13 runs off 9 balls with three fours.
Meanwhile, ICC’s new full member Afghanistan took 1-0 lead in the series as they beat Bangladesh by 45 runs in the 1st match.
