Bangladesh women beat India by 7 wickets

Sports Desk:  Bangladesh women beat India women by 7 wickets in the Women’s T20I Asia Cup 2018 at the Kinrara Oval on Wednesday.

Bangladesh chased down 142-run target with seven wickets in hand to record their maiden win across formats.

They first restricted India to just 141 for the loss of 7 wickets and then Rumana Ahmed (42*) and Fargana Hoque (52*) shared a 93 run stand for the fourth wicket to guide Bangladesh to a historic win.

Earlier, Pakistan's women team lost their second match of the Women's T20 Asia Cup Tournament by a margin of seven wickets against Bangladesh on Monday at Kinrara Academy Oval, Kuala Lumpur.
