Bangladesh was in trouble again as Sri Lanka pacer Kasun Rajitha bowled Mushfiqur Rahim through a delivery on Friday morning.
Shakib Al Hasan joined Liton in the middle and the duo are rebuilding after Mushfiqur departs.
Liton Kumar Das crossed 2000-run mark on the final day of their series-deciding Test against Sri Lanka in Mirpur.
Mushfiqur, who scored an unbeaten 175, departed after a 39-ball 23 in the first hour of the fifth day's play.
Bangladesh made a disastrous start, like the way they did in the first innings and were reduced to 34-4 at stumps on Thursday.
