Bangladesh beat Bhutan by 8-0 goals to reach final

Bangladesh women's football team smartly reach the final of SAFF Championship crushing Bhutan by 8-0 goals in the semifinal at the Rangasala Stadium in Kathmandu, Nepal on Friday (September 16).
The Bangladesh side got their first goal just after second minutes of the match. Sirat Jahan Shawpna netted that goal.
Later, the second strike came from Sabina at 17th minute. In the 30th minute, Kirshna Rani Sarkar’s header made it 3-0 for Bangladesh. Five minutes later Rituporna scored from a rebound to make sure Bangladesh goes into halftime leading by 4-0. The Tigress scored four more goals at second half.
Nepal and India are set to knock horn in another match of the semifinal. The winner from that game will meet Bangladesh on Monday.
Earlier, Bangladesh defeated the Maldives (3-0), Pakistan (6-0) and India (3-0) to book a spot in the semifinal as Group A champions.
