Archer Roman Sana banned for two years

Bangladesh Archery Federation has imposed a ban on national archer Roman Sana for two years for violating code of conduct.

The federation on Monday (November 14) said that he has been temporarily banned for breach of discipline. 

However, the federation did not detail what kind of discipline he broke.

During the ongoing archery camp in Tongi, some of his behavioral problems were detected by the federation. Subject to appropriate evidence, on November 4, the executive committee meeting of Bangladesh Archery Federation decided to temporarily ban him from archery.
Roman Sana is the number one archer in the country. He qualified directly for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
