Shakib leaves country to perform Umrah

Shakib Al Hasan’s team ‘Fortune Barishal’ is performing excellent in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). Already they have booked their place in the BPL playoffs taking 14 points.

Fortune Barishal’s skipper has flown to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah in the middle of BPL.

Shakib left the country after playing the match against Khulna Tigers on Friday night. He will return home on Monday after a three-day tour, Barishal's media manager, Sekander Ali confirmed.

Shakib will no miss any match in the tournament. He will play their next match on 7 February against Comilla Victorians.
