Litton as Bangladeshi batter hits fastest 50 in T20I

Litton Kumer Das has hit the fastest 50 in T20 Internationals as Bangladesh batter, eliminating Mohammad Ashraful.

Litton smashed 50 runs off just 18 balls with five boundaries and three over-boundaries in the second T20 of the three-match series at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram on Wednesday (March 29).

Bangladesh have already taken lead 1-0 in the series against the visitors.

Earlier, Mohammad Ashraful hit 50 off 20 balls with seven boundaries and three over-boundaries against West Indies in 2007.
