Metro rail operating time being extended

The Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) authorities have taken a decision to extend the operating time of metro rail considering the holy month of Ramadan.

The metro services will be extended for an hour from 16 Ramadan (Wednesday).

Managing Director (MD) of the DMTCL MAN Siddique will inform the details in a press briefing on Tuesday (March 26).

According to the DMTCL, the last train will depart Motijheel on Wednesday at 9:40pm and will leave Uttara station 9:20pm. There will be a 12-minute gap between each train.
