4 burnt in Patenga fishing boat fire

Four persons were burnt as a fire broke out in a fishing boat in the river Karnaphuli in Patenga of Chattogram on Thursday noon.

According to Chattogram Fire Service, the fire originated at a boat at the Ghat No. 15.

Being informed, Coast Guard vessel ‘Promotto’ rushed to the spot to douse the fire. 

The burnt persons were not identified immediately.
