12 killed in Narsingdi road crash

Narsingdi Correspondent: At least 12 people were killed and several others were injured in a collision between a bus and a microbus at Doriakandi area of the district's Belabo upazila on Sunday morning.
The victims could not be identified immediately.
A local journalist Amzad Hossain said an Agradut Paribahan bus collided with an opposite-head microbust at Doriakandi area, leaving 11 dead on the spot and several others injured.
The injured were taken to different hospitals including the local upazila health complex.
Mizanur Rahman, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of highway police, confirmed the news.
Of the deceased, five are men while four women and two children.
