110 held in Satkhira police drive

Satkhira Correspondent: Police, in special drives from Tuesday night to Wednesday morning, arrested 110 persons, including 42 activists of Jamaat-Shibir men from eight upazilas of the district.
District police officials said they were picked up from different areas of the district on various charges.
During the drives, Satkhira Sadar police arrested 15 persons, Kalaroa police 20 persons, Tala Police 14, Kaliganj police 10, Shyamnagar police 17, Assasuni police 12, Patkelghata police arrested 11 and Debhata police arrested 11.
Inspector of Satkhira district police Special Branch Azam Khan confirmed the matter.
