2 cattle traders killed in Natore truck plunge

Natore Correspondent: Two cattle traders were killed and two others injured as a truck carrying them plunged into a roadside ditch on Natore-Bogra highway at Jamtoli in Singra upazila on Tuesday night.
The deceased were identified as Abdul Mannan, 50, son of late Muktar Hossain of Malihat village under Mirpur upazila of Kushtia, and Tuku, 40, son of Polan of the same village.
However, the injured could not be ascertained immediately.
Highway police outpost SI Habibullah said the accident took place around 11:30pm as the cattle-laden Kushtia-bound truck tumbled into the ditch, leaving the two dead on the spot and two others injured.
The injured were admitted to Singra Upazila Health Complex.
