2 killed as bricks-laden trolley turns turtle in Bagerhat

Bagerhat Correspondent: Two labourers were killed and two others injured as a bricks-laden trolley turned turtle in Chitalmari upazila of Bagerhat district on Monday.

The incident took place on Mollahat-Chitalmari internal road at Aruaborni village of the upazila around 11:30am.

The deceased were identified as Amin Mollah, 27, son of Akram Mollah and Ismail Mollah, 18, son of Harun Mollah of the Mollahat upazila in the district.

Md Rezaul Karim, officer-in-charge (OC) of Chitalmari Police Station, confirmed the matter to risingbd.com.

The four people injured seriously during the accident were rushed to Chitalmari Upazila Health Complex for treatment where duty doctor declared Amin and Ismail dead, the OC said.
