2 killed in Bogura ‘gunfight’

Bogura Correspondent: Two people were killed in a gunfight took place between two groups of outlaws in district’s Sherpur upazila on Friday midnight.
The gunfight took place near the bridge of Bhabanipur Bazar.
Bogura Additional Police Super Sanatan Chakraborty confirmed the matter.
The deceased were identified as Liton and Afsar.
He said two groups of outlaws exchanged fire and on information, a team of police reached there and rescued two people with bullet injury.
They were taken to Bogura Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital where duty doctors declared them dead.
Police also recovered a pistol, a shutter gun, two rounds of bullets and several native weapons from the spot.
