Feni Correspondent: Two people were killed as a bus ran over them at Zero Point in the district’s Dagonbhuiyan upazila on Saturday morning.
One of the deceased was identified as Md Jahid, son of Mamunul Haq at Ramnagar union of the upazila.
A Dhaka-bound bus of Classic Paribahan ran over a group of people who were going to attend an Eid Jamaat around 8.00am, leaving one unidentified youth dead on the spot and two injured.
The injured two were taken to Feni Sadar Hospital where duty doctors declared Jahid dead.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Dagonbhuiyan upazila Somi Uddin confirmed the death of two people.
