2 killed in Hathazari road crash

Staff Correspondent, Chattogram: At least two people were killed in a head-on collision between a microbus and CNG auto-rickshaw in the district’s Hathazari upazila on Thursday midnight.

The accident took place around 12.00am in Buripukur Par area of Charia.

The deceased were identified as CNG auto-rickshaw driver Nurul Huda, 30, and Abu Tayed, 10.

According to sources, after the accident two were taken to Chattogram Medical College Hospital where duty doctors declared them dead.
