2 women killed in Gopalganj road crash

Gopalganj Correspondent: Two women were killed and one other was injured in a collision between a motorcycle and human hauler on Friday noon.

 The accident took place in Chhiktibari area of Kotalipara upazila.

The deceased were identified as Murshida Begum, 55, wife of Masudur Rahman at Bhuturia village under Kotalipara upazila and her daughter-in-law Mansura Begum, 20.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Kotalipara Thana Mohammad Faruk said Noim Mollah was going to Mollahat by motorcycle with his mother and wife. A human hauler hit their motorcycle in Chhiktibari area of Kotalipara upazila, leaving two dead on the spot.
