4 cops injured in Feni robber attack

Feni Correspondent: Four member of police were injured as a group of robbers attacked on them at Badamtoli area of the district's Sonagazi upazila early Friday.
One of the robbers also sustained bullet injury as police retaliated for self defence.
Humayun Kabir, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sonagazi Model Police Station, confirmed the news.
He said a group of robbers swooped on police patrol team at Badamtoli area when they were returning the station from duty in the wee hours of Friday, leaving SI Budev Sarkar, constable Hanif Mia, Abdul Latif and Sudev Chakma injured. They were admitted to Feni Sadar Hospital and Sonagazi Health Complex.
Law enforcers also retaliated to the robbers, leaving Sharif Hossain bullet wounded.
