‘5,000 doctors to be recruited in next two months’

Staff Correspondent, Sylhet: Health and Family Welfare Minister Zahid Malik said 5,000 doctors will be recruited within next two months.

Process for recruiting 10,000 doctors has been completed out of which 5,000 doctors will be recruited within next two months, he said.

The health minister made the disclosure while talking to journalists after a view-exchange meeting held at Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College auditorium on Wednesday afternoon.

Zahid Malik also underscored the need for modernizing all the community clinics in the country.
