7 JMB men held in Bogura

Bogura Correspondent: Police in a drive arrested seven members of banned militant outfit Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) from Mirzapur area in Sherpur upazila early Wednesday.
The identities of the arrestees could not be known yet.
Additional Police Super Santan Chakrawarty of district police (media) confirmed the matter.
Acting on secret information, a team of Detective Branch (DB) of police in association with Sherpur Police Station conducted a drive in the area and arrested seven JMB men including two leaders, he said.
Police also recovered two foreign pistols, ten bullets and three knives from their possession.
