BNP not concerned over Khaleda’s illness: Quader

Cumilla Correspondent: Awami League (AL) general secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said BNP is not concerned over its chairperson Khaleda Zia’s illness.

He said, “They are not finding out any issue in the politics. People are not responding to any of their issues. So, they are trying to make Khaleda’s health as a fresh issue. Now it has been a matter of politics. If they are concerned over her health, they will agree to Home Minister’s offer of her taking to Combined Medical Hospital (CMH) where she could get best treatment.”

The Minister came up with the remarks while talking to reporters at Moynamati in Cumilla after visiting highway there on Thursday noon.

He said, “Eid journeys are better than those previous years. Till now, people are returning home without hassles. Vehicle movement is also better this year.”
