Body of MP’s son found at NAM Bhaban

Satkhira Correspondent: The son of lawmaker Advocate Mustofa Lutfullah of Satkhira-1 was found dead in NAM Bhaban on Manik Mia Avenue in the capital on Sunday morning.

Anik Aziz, 26, was found hanging in room no: 604 of the building.

Sohrab Al Hasan, officer-in-charge of Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station (probe), confirmed the matter to risingbd.com.

"Police recovered the body this morning. However, details could not be known immediately," he added.

MP Mustofa Lutfullah's APS Jahangir Hossain said, "The lawmaker was staying at Satkhira. After having dinner, all others went to sleep as usual on Saturday. But, Anik Aziz was taking time to come out from his room on Sunday morning. Later, family members entered into the room breaking door and found him hanging."

The body was sent Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College & Hospital.
