Bombs, arms found in Rajshahi militant den

Staff Correspondent, Rajshahi: Law enforcers have found bombs and firearms at the militant den of Benipur village of the district's Godagarhi upazila, a reliable source of the operation team confirmed.

However, the authority of the operation 'Sun Devil' yet disclosed nothing in this regard officially.

"11 bombs, a pistol, two rounds of bullets and a magazine were found inside the militant hideout," the source said.
The bombs were under process to dispose till the report was filed around 12:00pm on Friday, the source added.

Earlier, a sound of huge explosion was heard around 10:45am when a bomb recovered was blasted while putting into the soil to dispose by the bomb disposal unit.
