Kurigram Correspondent: A case has been in the incident of torturing a minor boy for allegedly offering colours on Pahela Baishakh in Kurigram.
Mofizul Islam, father of the minor boy Masud, 10, filed the case with the district's Bhurungamari police station on Friday night.
Tapos Chandra Pandit, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bhurungamari Police Station, confirmed the news.
A man named Alam along with his associates tortured Masud after tying him to a pole on Friday morning as colours were scattered on Pahela Baishakh.
