‘Construction work of Padma Bridge to be completed in due time’

Munshiganj Correspondent: Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said construction work of the long-cherished Padma Bridge will be completed in due time.

The minister said this while talking to reporters after visiting the construction site of the Padma multipurpose bridge at Mawa in Louhajang upazila of Munshiganj on Saturday noon.

56 percent of the progress of main work of the Padma Bridge has been done and the overall work progress has been 51.5 percent. The construction work of the mega project is supposed to be completed by next December, said Quader, also the Awami League General Secretary.
