Cox’s Bazar road accident kills 3

Cox’s Bazar Correspondent: At least three people were killed and 14 other were injured as a picnic bus over turned on the road in the district’s Ramu upazila on Monday morning.
 

The accident took place around 7.30am in Ramu bypass area.

The deceased could not be identified immediately.

The injured have been admitted to Cox’s Bazar Sadar Hospital and Ramu Upazila Health Complex.

Sub Inspector of Ramu Highway Police Chandon said a bus of Asma Paribahan was going to Cox’s Bazar from Hathazari but it over turned in Ramu Bypass area as the driver lost control over it, leaving the casualties.

The death bodies have been sent to Cox’s Bazar Sadar Hospital morgue.
