District JCD leader among 61 sued in Feni

Feni Correspondent: Some 61 people including district Chhatra Dal leader Riaz Patwari were sued in a case filed over the murder of BCL activist Mostafa Ahmed Shakil in SSK road in Feni.

Humayun Kabir, father of BCL activist Mostafa Ahmed Shakil filed the murder case against 61 people with Feni Sadar police station on Saturday night mentioning 21 names.

Following the murder case, police detained two people named Khabir Ahmed, 50 and Shariful Islam, 20.

Feni Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Rashed Khan Chowdhury confirmed the matter.

Earlier on Thursday night, local activist of the Awami League's student wing Mostafa Ahmmad Shakil was stabbed to death in the district town's Shaheed Shahidullah Kaiser Road.
