Farmer hacked dead in Chuadanga

Chuadanga Correspondent: A farmer was hacked to death by miscreants while he was sleeping on Wednesday midnight.
The incident happened at Paka village under Jibannagar upazila.
The deceased was identified as Abul Kalam (28).
Officer-in-charge of Jibannagar Police Station Enamul Haque said a group of miscreants entered the house of Kalam while he along with his wife was asleep.
The attackers stabbed Kamal indiscriminately with sharp weapons, leaving him dead on the spot.
They also stabbed Kamal’s wife Anwara Khatun as she tried to save her husband.
