Four AL men murder: 23 awarded to death penalty

Staff Correspondent, Narayanganj: A Narayanganj court has sentenced 23 three people to death penalty for killing four Awami League leaders and activists in 2002.

Judge Kamrun Nahar of Narayanganj District and Sessions Judge Court handed down the order in presence of 19 accused on Wednesday noon.

The other four accused in the case are on the run.

Four Awami League leaders and activists were killed by hitting with bricks on heads after calling them from their houses in 2002.
