Staff Correspondent, Chittagong: Two workers were killed in the incident of gas explosion at jetty of a ship at Chittagong port on Monday night.
Mainul Islam, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of the Port Police Station, confirmed the news on Tuesday morning.
The deceased could not be identified immediately.
He said the two workers were killed at the spot while they were working at jetty of ship on Monday night. The bodies were sent to Chittagong Medical College and Hospital morgue.
