Man lodges case against 3 sons for maintenance

Staff Correspondent, Chattogram: A man has filed a case against his three sons who are well educated and established demanding maintenance.
Saidul Haque, 72, resident of Purba Malaish village under Mirsarai upazila in Chattogram, filed the case with the court of senior judicial magistrate Helal Uddin on Wednesday.
The accused sons are known as Nazmul Haque Helal, 44, Saiful Haque, 36, and Mainul Haque, 34.
Saidul Haque was a former official of Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics. He retired from his job on December 31, 2014. Since, he along with his wife has been passing miserable days, even after he has three well educated and established sons.
Of the three sons, the eldest Nazmul Haque is an established contractor. The second son Saiful Haque (Mcom) is an official of C&F Farm Razia Trade International and the youngest son Mainul Haque, who achieved Masters degree in English from Dhaka University, is an official of National Bank (Gulshan Branch).
