Missing baby girl found dead in Feni

Feni Correspondent: Police recovered body of a baby girl on Friday, a day after she went missing.

Body of Liza, 6, was recovered from a pond of Baurpathar village of the district's Porshuram upazila on Friday afternoon.

Liza was identified as daughter of Abdul Manan of the village.

Sources said, locals spotted the body floating in the pond on Friday, after she went missing on Thursday afternoon. Being informed, police recovered the body. Injury marks were found on Liza's head.

Abul Kashem, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Porshuram Police Station, confirmed the news.
