Sudipto's body recovered from Cox's Bazar sea

Cox's Bazar Correspondent: Members of Bangladesh Navy recovered body of Sudipto Dey, 17, on Friday, three days after he went missing in the Bay of Bengal near the Seagull point of the sea beach on Tuesday.

Navy men found him at estuary of the Bay of Bengal of Sonadia under Moheshkhali upazila on Friday morning.

Sudipto had recently passed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations from Birshreshtha Noor Mohammad School and College at Peelkhana in the capital.

He was son of Sheetol Chandra Dey, who is a resident of the capital’s Sutrapur area.

Sumon Paul, maternal uncle of Sudipto, identified the body after recovery. He said Navy men recovered the body after being informed by locals.
