Three kids drowned in Kushtia

Kushtia Correspondent: Three children were drowned in the Padma River at Charsadipur area of the district's Kumarkhali upazila on Friday noon.

The deceased were identified as Mariam, 8, Salma, 7, daughters of Shafi of Sultanpur village, Laboni, 6, daughter of Saidul of the same area.

Abdul Khaleque, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Kumarkhali Police Station, said the kids were drowned when they went into Padma River for taking bath.
