Two killed in Chittagong road crash

Staff Correspondent: Two people were killed and injured four others when a passenger bus knocked a CNG three wheelers in Charia Board school area under Hathazari Upazila of Chittagong on Wednesday.

The deceased were identified as Piarul Islam, 58 and Narayan Nath, 25.

Confirming the matter, Duty officer Touhidul Islam of Hathazari police station said that a passenger bus collided with a CNG run auto rickshaw from opposite direction in the area, leaving six people injured critically.

Later, the injured were sent to Upazila Health Complex where the two people died under treatment.
