Two killed in truck-autorickshaw collision

Staff Correspondent, Chittagong: Two people were killed and two others injured after a truck collided head-on with a CNG-run auto-rickshaw carrying passengers in Hathazari of Chittagong on Saturday.
The identities of the deceased and injured could not be known immediately.
Rabiul Islam, assistant sub-inspector (ASI) of Hathazari Police Station, said a speedy truck heading towards Chittagong town from Hathazari collided head-on with a CNG-run auto rickshaw carrying passengers on the Nazirhat road in Nandirhat area around 3:15pm, leaving the two people dead on the spot and two others injured.
The injured were taken to Chittagong Medical College Hospital, he said.
