The attack was made from a procession of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) on Saturday.
Abdul Kalam Azad, Chattogram District Paribahan Owners Association, confirmed the news of strike.
He said, “Owners of Hanif Enterprise and Hanif Super are not same. We informed the matter to Bakalia Police while attackers were locking Hanif Super counters. But they did not take any step, rather they misbehaved with paribahan leaders. As a result, we remained buses suspended on all routes of South Chattogram.”
Mentionable, the attack was carried out on Saturday from a procession of BCL (Chattogram-South) after owner of the paribahan was sentenced to August 21 grenade attack case.
