Yaba worth Tk 22.5cr seized in Teknaf

Cox’s Bazar Correspondent: Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have seized 780,000 tablets worth Tk 22.50 crore from the district’s Teknaf upazila.

Teknaf BGB 2 Captain Lieutenant Colonel SM Ariful Islam said, acting on a tip-off, BGB members conducted a drive in Katabunia area on Saturday morning, and the smugglers fled the scene, leaving behind the Yaba tablets.

But no one was arrested in this connection.
