Cricketer Shahadat’s wife gets bail

Staff Correspondent: Jesmin Jahan Nitto, wife of cricketer Shahadat Hossain, has got bail in house help torturing case.
Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Kamrul Hossain Molla granted bail to Jesmin Jahan on Tuesday noon.
Police said one Khandkar Mozzamel Haque found the girl at Mirpur and took her to the local police. Haque later filed the case. Hossain and his wife had been absconding since then.
Police arrested the wife from Dhaka’s Malibagh on October 4 and the next day the fast bowler surrendered to the court.
On October 14, Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Amirul Haider Chowdhury ordered to send her jail rejecting her bail petition.
