Mother commits suicide along with 2 kids

Barguna Correspondent: A mother has committed suicide along with her two child daughters in the district.

The incident happened around 9.00pm of Saturday at Lemua village under Barguna sadar upazila.

The deceased were identified as Rozi Akhter, wife of Roman Panchaet, Moumi (4) and Tayeba (2).

According to sources, over a family feud, Rozi had feed poison to her kids before she committed suicide by drinking poison.

They were immediately taken to Barguna Sadar Hospital, but two kids died there.

Rozi was shifted to Barisal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital, but she died there in the early hours of Sunday.
