Truck kills power official in Rajshahi

Staff Correspondent, Rajshahi: An official of Power Division was killed as a truck hit him at Kathalbaria area of the district's Puthiya upazila on Saturday morning.

The deceased was identified as Abdur Razzak, 59, son of late Amzad Hossain of Pustigachha in Sirajganj.

Abdur Razzak was assistant general manager (AGM) at Putia under Natore Palli Bidyut Samity.

Monir Hossain, In-Charge of Shibpur Police Outpost of Paba highway, confirmed the news.
