AL leader stabbed dead in Fatullah

Staff Correspondent, Narayanganj: Miscreants stabbed to death president of Fatullah Thana unit Awami Janata League, an associate body of ruling Awami League, in Narayanganj on Tuesday night.

The deceased was identified as Sheikh Swadhin Monir, hailed from Rasulpur of Fatulla Thana.

Miscreants also stabbed his wife and elder sister, leaving the injured as they tried to obstruct.

Seriously injured Swadhin Monir was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where he died under treatment.
