1 killed in Rangpur train accident

At Least one person was killed and several others were injured in a train accident in Kaunia upazila of Rangpur on Thursday afternoon.

Identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.  

The accident took place when the engine of a train was being attached to the compartments of the train, leaving the person dead and injured others.

Abdura Rashid, station master of Kaunia railway station confirmed the matter.
