13 new corona patients detected in Mymensingh division

13 new coronavirus or COVID-19 patients have been detected in Mymensingh division.

Mymensingh Medical College Principal Prof. Chitto Ranjan Debnath confirmed this to risingbd on Friday.
Sample tests of 402 people were carried out at the PCR lab of Mymensingh Medical College, of them 13 people tested positive for coronavirus in last 24 hours in the division, he said.

Among the new patients, two doctors from Bhaluka, two from Phulpur, two from Fulbaria,  one from Ishwarganj, two from Mohanganj in Netrokona, two from Islampur in Jamalpur, one from Madarganj and one from Dewanganj.

Prof. Chitto Ranjan Debnath said 520 people have so far been infected with Covid-19 in the district.
Among them, 267 in Mymensingh, 113 in Jamalpur, 97 in Netrokona and 41 in Sherpur.
