132 more corona patients detected in Chattogram

132 more corona patients including a Upazila chairman and several journalists have been detected in Chattogram city and district.

Test on 262 samples were carried out at BITID Hospital of Fouzdarhat in last 24 hours, of which 58 tested positive for coronavirus, Chattogram Civil Surgeon Dr. Sheikh Fazle Rabbi said on Tuesday night.

Test on 195 samples were carried out at Chattogram Medical College Hospital, of which 75 tested positive for coronavirus, he also said.

Raozan Upazila Chairman Ehsanul Haider Chowdhury has been infected with coronavirus.
