15 newly infected with coronavirus in Naogaon

15 more people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Naogaon, raising the total number of confirmed cases to 17 in the district.

Naogaon Deputy Civil Surgeon Dr. Munjurul Morshed confirmed the matter.

Among the newly-infected patients, five are at Raninagar, three at Atrai, two Mohadevpur, two at Sapahar, one at Porsha and two at Manda. 

Naogaon Civil Surgeon Dr. Akhtaruzzaman Alal said a total of 222 samples were sent to the PCR lab of Rajshahi Medical College, of which 15 people tested positive for coronavirus. Most of the infected persons came from Dhaka and Narayanganj.
