3 killed in Siddhirganj road accident

At least three people were killed and three other were injured in a collision between a microbus and a pickup van in Sanarpararea of Siddhirganj under Narayanganj on Friday morning.

The accident took place around 10.00am.

Sub-inspector of Siddhirganj Thana MonirHossain confirmed the matter.

The deceased were identified as Rafiqul Islam at Matlab Uttar upazila in Chandpur, Mintu Mia at Palashbari in Gaibandha and BorhanUddin at Tungibari in Munshiganj.

The three people died on way to Narayanganj General Hospital. Injured three persons have been admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
